MINIBAR
The minibar is replenished daily; all consumptions will be charged to your room account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption at the Reception upon check-out.
ROOM SERVICE
You may order continental breakfast in your room for a supplement (see « Breakfast » section).
SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
Safety deposit boxes are located in every room. They meet the most modern safety standards but CORTILE HOTEL does not accept any responsibility or liability for any valuables placed in the safety deposit.
TELEPHONE
Every room is equipped with a telephone which can be used for internal calls. For outside calls please contact Reception. The hotel will charge you an additional fee for your phone calls. The receptionist can provide you with more details.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
Hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating. Each unit can be individually adjusted according to your wishes.

Reception is open 24/7.
PEACE & QUIET
For the comfort and benefit of our guests, we ask you to be as quiet as possible, especially between 22:00 and 8:00 am. Thank you.
CHECK-OUT
Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM. If you would like to extend your stay or depart later, please contact Reception to check availability and additional charges..
SMOKING
Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms and public areas. In the event this rule is not observed, you will be charged 300 EUR extra cost for cleaning and deodorizing your room.
SECURITY
There is a safety deposit in your room (see «Safety deposit» section). The hotel reception is open 24/7 and we have CCTV cameras for your security. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any stolen or missing items. We will charge guests for any damage to the room or items taken from the rooms.

EMERGENCY EXITS
You can find a location plan showing your nearest escape route and emergency exit on the back of your room door. In case of fire you will be alerted; please follow the instructions of the staff.
PARKING
The hotel does not have a garage, but there are parking houses close to the hotel, and you can also park on the street for an hourly fee.
ELECTRICITY
All the power outlets in the hotel have an electric voltage of 220V.

We accept VISA, American Express ,Master Card, Diners Club and JCB.
FACILITIES AND SERVICE
POOL
The swimming pool is located on the top floor, opening hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is no lifeguard on duty so please familiarize yourself with the posted safety rules. Usage of the pool is at your own risk.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 10:00 am on weekdays, and from 8:00 am until 11:00 am on weekends. If you would like to order room service, continental breakfast (tea/coffee, juice, bread or croissant, butter, jam) is available for a supplement.
TRANSFER SERVICE
We can provide transfer services from and to the airport, and railway stations. Please contact Reception.
TAXIS
Budapest has a well-functioning taxi service; we advise that you ask Reception to call you one.
LUGGAGE SERVICE, LUGGAGE ROOM
We can help you to bring up or down your luggage. After check-out we can keep your luggage on the ground floor; please contact Reception.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
The receptionist will be happy to assist you with booking city tours, airport transfers, entrance tickets, recommending restaurants, and arranging flowers.
ROOM CLEANING
Your room is cleaned daily. For a longer stay your linen will be changed every third day. To request daily change or to make your stay more comfortable, including extra soap, towels, anti-allergic pillows, etc. please get in touch with Reception.
BED LINEN
We change the bed linen every third day. If you wish to receive a daily linen change please inform Reception.
WAKE-UP CALL
Please contact the reception for the wake-up calls.
SHOESHINE MACHINE
You can find a shoe cleaner located on the ground floor.
SEWING SERVICE
We can arrange minor tailoring jobs during your stay, for further information please contact Reception.
PRINTING
You may print documents by e-mailing them to the Reception at info@cortilehotel.com.
IT SUPPORT
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel free of charge. If you are having difficulties with your computer or the internet connection please contact Reception.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
AIRPORT
Liszt Ferenc airport is about 30 km from Budapest city centre. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi and about 60 minutes by bus to get to the hotel. If you would like us to arrange an airport transfer, Reception will be more than happy to assist you.

Reception has information about theatre, concert and opera programs and can reserve your tickets.
SHOPPING
The hotel is located a few meters from the Andrássy út – the most prestigious shopping street of Budapest. You will find several luxury boutiques and supermarkets too. WESTEND shopping centre, which has hundreds of shops, restaurants, and services, is located at Nyugati Railway Station, about a 15-minute walk, or 5 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
